I have been attempting to sync my new versa to my mobile but it says the tracker is not found and will not sync. This also means I cannot change any of my settings or notifications. The only way I could start working my versa was by using a friends iPad. The iPad allowed me to log in and sync. Is there a reason this isn't working on my phone? It did work when I first set it up, but only for the first morning and now does not. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app to not avail.

That's the reason why your tracker is not found. Mind though, that it's possible in the near future that Fitbit will support your device, so have a look at this site from time to time.
