Tracker update

Tried to update Versa 3

plugged in fully charged and still says battery not charged enough.   What gives?  Been like this for 3 days

I have just updated my  Versa 3 and cannpt get the display from dim. The options are shown in teh settings but i can't select them. I have tried re-rooting but still teh same. 

 

This seems to happen every time there is an update.  The more this happens the more i feel my next fitness watch will not be a Fit bit.
