It’s absolutely absurd that I payed $200 for the Fitbit versa just to find out that I can actually record with strava on the physical watch. I hope Fitbit does a software update soon so I can record with Strava on the watch. What’s the whole point of having the app there if it only shows you recent activities. Like I said I hope Fitbit makes an update that would allow me to record ON THE WATCH with Strava. I would be quite dissapointed if this doesn’t get fixed soon

@Craigps26 and what does Fitbit have to do with 3rd party apps? It's not they who develop them. You need to write Strava developers and provide them with your feedback if you want to have a physical button for recording activity with Strava. I'm assuming for now whatever Fitbit tracks gets synced to your Strava profile, if you linked the accounts that is.

Well Fitbit should work out with a deal with Strava. I returned my versa to get the Apple Watch and I can record with Strava right in the watch

@Craigps26 It's a two-way street. But again, to each it's own. It really depends on your preferences which device suits you more. One of the posters started a nice thread about both devices here, perhaps you could share your impressions as well. Personally have Versa (and other fitbits) and Series 4.
