Transcription error message when replying to texts. Alexa also does not reply to commands.

I have a versa 2 and I've only ever tried to reply to text messages on a handful of occasions but every single time I get a transcription error.  I also made sure the microphone is enabled and while doing so I decided to test it withtwith Alexa feature and I asked it one of the questions it says you can ask And there was no answer given.  It will just say listening for a while thenathen thinking then go straight to the screen that says try asking Alexa...

So with both of these features not working it appears as if my microphone just doesn't work and yes it is enabled.  Wifi is also connected And yes I'm near my phone for Bluetooth.

Maybe the Mic has to be cleaned. Google, how to clean a phone speaker or mic.

As for wifi, it will only connect while the Versa 2 is on its charger and charging. Or when the Fitbit app requests wifi to be turned on while setting up a music source for the tracker.
