Transfer music issues

the fitbit app on the computer says that it is synced. I tried to transfer music to it under the music tab and it says "Could not sync because your Versa disconnected." I go back to the main tab and it says "connected" WHAT THE F$%K??!!?!?!?

Make sure your versa is plugged directly into the computer. If it's plugged in and still returning an error, restart the computer. If all that doesn't work then try reinstalling Fitbit on your Pc.

Your Versa needs to be charging, and connected to your homes WiFi. If the computer can not talk to your Versa through the network, then the versa is considered to be disconnected.
