Only 1 clock face available and Smart Wake is missing

I have just updated my new fitbit (Versa Lite) after being sent a replacement as my last one failed  to update (after 6 weeks) and I now only have the option of 1 clock face and smart wake is no longer visible on the tracker.
Is this an issue with the latest update?

Hi @jacxxx. Welcome to the forums. I've moved your post to the Versa family as there are more chances to get related replies here.

Thanks for updating your Versa Lite and I'm sorry for the issues you've experienced. It's odd that you aren't able to see more clock faces and the Smart Wake function in the alarms screen. I've gone ahead and contacted our Support team and apparently you already have a case created with them. Since they're handling your case, I'd recommend to follow their instructions so they can continue providing you assistance.

I'll be around if you have any other question, let me know.

@LizzyFitbit Thank you for the reply. I came on here because they're not helping at all. In fact the person I spoke to was very unhelpful and told  me there was nothing he could do - I just had to wait. I had this function previously and now I don't have it.

Hi @jacxxx. It's great to see you here again and I'm sorry for the delay.

You're welcome and thanks for sharing your thoughts about our Support team. I'm sorry that you've had that experience and be sure that your comments won't go unnoticed. In regards to your inquiry, I'm wondering if your Versa Lite is running to Fitbit OS 4.1 (70.7.14) version as this update included the clock face switcher and smart wake features. If not, that might be the reason why you're not getting those features.

To work on this together, I'd recommend to update your watch:

  1. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  2. Even if your watch is fully charged, please plug it into the charging cradle as the update might drain the battery.
  3. Open the Fitbit app > tap on your profile picture > Versa Lite icon.
  4. Tap the pink Update button and follow the onscreen instructions.

In case you have difficulties to complete the firmware update, give a try to the troubleshooting steps described in this help article under Ionic & Versa series > Instructions for installing Windows 10 Driver.

Please keep me updated.
