I’ve been using my treadmill most days and mainly doing 5k. I am tracking it on my versa as my treadmill display is broken.
i have found that the last two weeks, I have been really pushing and increasing the speed trying to get a better time to complete the 5k. However, this seems to have added a total of 10 minutes?
So one of my runs data showed me doing 5K in 28 minutes with a step count of 5812.
My run last night showed me doing 5K in 37 minutes with a step count of 6512?
My stride hasn’t changed so why the discrepancy?
