Trouble after software update

I updated the software last Saturday evening. My Versa has not worked right since. It will not sync with my Samsung Note 9. I noticed that the time was off after the update. Powered the phone and the Versa off. The time was still off when it powered on. Did a reset on the Versa 3 times. It will not sync with my phone at all. The fitbit logo is on the face of the device. I also uninstalled the app on my phone and reinstalled it too. No help there either.

I need help please.

After the update my back button wont work.  Fitbit wont do anything for me but offer me 25% off a new one.  If you still have warranty request a replacement.

My warranty is up. I'm waiting for the battery to die to see if I can get it to connect to wifi or sync. Since it is not collecting any info.it is taking forever for it to die. My app says " no device found " now. It was saying unable.to sync.
