Help!
cant change my clock face.
clock is displaying ‘undefined’ where the step count should be and the app itself won’t let me select a new clock face as it’s saying
‘ to install this clock, make sure Fitbit app On your phone is up to date and your devices has the latest update’
checked my updates and synced ARE ALL UP TO DATE!?
location services are on.
Anyone shed any light as to why it won’t let me or count my steps on the clock face?

This might not be any help but worth trying; some clock faces change stats displayed when you tap on it. Try tapping clock face and see if it changes.
