Trouble sync & clock error

I always have trouble in syncing my versa with the mobile, but when I restart my Phone I usually can do it. The Last days it didnt work plus the watch is always showing a clock error message. I tryed changing the clock 6 times but the error turns over again. I think the price of this watch should bring more efficience! I am truly disappointed with this
