Trouble using On Wrist Call via BT headset

I have today got my Versa 3.  I set up on-wrist calls and they are working on the watch. But, When I connect my BT neckband with phone, I can't use Versa 3 to accept the incoming call and talk using the BT band. The call still uses Mic and speaker of the watch. I just want to use watch to see ID and accept the call and want to use Neckband to talk. How can I do it?

 

P.S. When I transfer the call to Phone on my watch, It seems to use mic of the neckband but speaker is still being used on the watch.
