Trouble with Fitbit Connect on MacBook

So I just got the Versa 2 and I am trying to figure out how to transfer music from my MacBook Pro to my watch. I have installed the FitBit Connect app onto my Mac, I've started it and logged onto the Fitbit.com dashboard, I have then disabled bluetooth on both phone and computer, I'm on the same Wifi network on both watch and computer, and every time I go to "Manage My Music" I get this screen forever.

It never finds my watch.

 

Please help me! I teach a fitness class and I really need to be able to transfer music to my watch from my computer or I'm returning this watch.

I am having a similar problem.  I have music ready to transfer.  I just cannot fitbit connect to log in. Each time it says user or password incorrect.

 

I know that they are both fine as i have changed my password and it allows me to log into dashboard.

 

Very frustrating as my versa died and then i got a versa 2 replacement. I chose a fitbit due to the device allowing for me to put my own music to be stored on device.

 

Any help would be amazing.

Just checked your screen shot .  I don't even get to that screen.
