Two Problems with Versa and app, please help

Hello, 2 issues I have 

 

I turn it on first thing at 8am and it thinks I have burned 3000 calories already, it’s usually much lower than that, walked another 1000 steps and at 4000 now, just can’t be right.

 

second my versa won’t sync properly with the app, have done a hard reset on the watch, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, even tried the app on another device, removed watch from app and then now trying to sync it again it keeps saying at the top problem syncing and a button that says fix it which is only a list of what to do and done them numerous times, 

 

Even tried to change a clock face and 1 hours later still trying to change, just red bar keeps going back and forward.

 

any help would be great as have done so much and ready for the bin, never had an sort of issues on other fitbits I’ve had

If your watch has been restarted the day before and after a night's sleep wearing it it falsely shows the wrong calories [assuming you are looking in the Today app on the watch, if its not syncing] then it may be faulty.

 

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
