I have deleted my Fitbit account on my phone and blocked my watch. The two devices are no longer able to sync because if the phone provides a new number to syn, my watch does not allow to see the window Settings app > About > Factory Reset. I was putting myself in a situation as if my watch was stollen to check if someone else could use it in my boarding school....

If I understood anything about your first post I might be able to help.
No mention of the phone model, but your post seems to be all about the phone.
You say that you blockedd your tracker, not sure what this means.
Have you installed the Fitbit app? You said you removed it.
Is your tracker still connected to your Fitbit account?
