Uber app can’t login on Fitbit app-Versa 2

Every single time I try to login onto the Uber app it re-directs me back to the settings section of the Uber app for the versa 2, I have looked and tried everything but nothing is working and it is very frustrating. How do I fix it

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

Our team has released a new version fo the Fitbit app 3.41 for iOS and Android devices. For instructions on how to update please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

Whether this doesn't help, please try the following:

 

- Uninstall Uber by Fitbit from your watch

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Restart your Versa 2 and reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app and download Uber by Fitbit

I’ve tried all that. Problem still persists. Your online support is very frustrating. Only links to articles that have nothing to do with the issue.
