Unable to END an exercise on Fitbit Versa

The bottom right END onscreen button is nonresponsive. As a result, I'm unable to end my exercise. The CANCEL button responds just fine. I've washed my hands and cleaned the screen. I wish the bottom right button would END an exercise as it STARTS an exercise and the top right button begins the process of ENDING the exercise.

Have you tried tapping the screen icon instead of the button. 

Have you tried a restart or a power off.

Mine gets stuck here. None of the side buttons work to end the exercise. I have been pressing them randomly and it will eventually reset. Have done a reset, any other thoughts?
