My Fitbit versa is reading clock error and will not sync. I have tried uninstalling my app and reinstalling but did not work. I tried going to clock on app and installing another clock but it says installation in progress. I have a Fitbit clock face called layers

Seems odd that you're unable to sync your device, let me share with you that in order to change the clock-face of your Versa you'll need to sync it, reason why you're receiving such error message. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? to see if there's a missing requirement that's preventing the syncing process to be completed. Also, please check: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to try some troubleshooting steps. Thank you for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, your effort and patience with this situation are appreciated.
