Unable to change wifi settings on my versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The Problem:
My versa has wrong wifi ssid (as our new tp-link router has the ssid "Virus")

Why:

To sync with fitbit, You must have a working wifi connection that your fitbit is connected to.

Does anybody knows the solution?

I don't want to reset my fitbit (What i mean is clearing all the data)

I tired Fitbit Versa (or whatever) > Wi-Fi Settings

Waited for a long time, and cannot connect.

But right now, It's reset anyways (Not it self, My dad did this as i was asking for help)

I'm not sure what all you write means @ShehabTweel99 how ever the versa does not need WiFi to sync the daily step data to the Fitbit server. This type of sync only uses Bluetooth.

Now if you want to sync music, then yes this will need WiFi on the versa

OK, If I want to change the WiFi settings on my versa, I need a Bluetooth and WiFi connection.

But the WiFi ssid setting is set to something like "TweelR" but our router's ssid is something like "Virus".

So my versa tired to connect to " TweelR", which isn't working (because there's no a single router uses this).

Which makes me unable to change the WiFi settings.

Look in the help docs link to help is in every page.

Plug the versa in so that it is charging, this is how you turn on WiFi.

Now open the Fitbit app. Tap top corner to go to account, tap versa. Now tap WiFi setting, and tap add WiFi. Now tap on the 2.4 Ghz WiFi you want to connect and enter the security code

I forget how many wifis the versa can remember, I have 2 saved.
