Versa 2 Wi-Fi issue

I cant do it. I just cant, i never post on things like this, I never return items but this time I might just have to .its been so frustrating. . Ive tried everything in all the steps Ive read on here and all other forums and ive had no luck at all.  I even did a full factory reset. . It wont connect to WIFI and yes im on the right band. Tried different routers and nothing. I even setup a deezer account to try and get it to work but no. I will attach images of all my frustrations. The awful thing is that the loading and connecting screens might stay on for 20 minutes before showing an error. 

And one other thing when it says this might take over 20 minutes and it take well over 6 hours - THATS NOT COOL!

And god i wish when they say fit bit app. is it the mobile app or desktop app. Some things like music trasfer can only be done on  desktop

 and then  some places it says "Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on, then sync your device using the Fitbit mobile app."  and then other places like in the music transfer personal music it says turn off the bluetooth on step 3 of not connecting info. so confusing ..
