More problems since Fitbit update

So after updating the Fitbit  it was great I got texts again on my Fitbit Versa. But I have since noticed I  get texts but no vibrating  on the notifications that I have a text even though I have set to "strong". Also I cannot change the brightness of my screen, it seems to be there in settings, but it's locked on "dim". Also I have to press left button to see screen, I used to be able just to turn my wrist, but that option isn't there anymore. Why after buying this Fitbit,  has it  become such a pain, rather than a pleasure?

I’m sorry your not getting vibration on your notifications but I’m super happy your at least getting notifications due to notifications being an issue being experienced by many. Nothing here worked, and so many features now are unresponsive such as: Brightness, Sleep Mode, Do Not Disturb, Screen Wake. It's like they are locked and can not be changed. I no longer get any notifications, sometimes I see a text but only when I look (I am no longer notified, I think its stuck on Do Not Disturb.

This Fitbit has become such a problem, I did like it at first when everything worked, but now its  one headache after another!
