Versa stopped getting notifications

Text, email or phone call notifications have stopped since the last software update. How do I get my messages/notifications?

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor our watch and see if the notifications feature works properly.
