Hi there I’ve got a notification that ain’t clearing on my Fitbit Versa, I’ve read that that you go to keep alive wijets and turn that off but it today seem to be on the IOS app or at least I can’t find it , can anybody suggest what to do?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Versa board where it will get more attention. Now, at this moment, if you're still having trouble "clearing" some Notifications from your watch, please restart it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Once the watch has restarted, swipe down and you will notice the Notifications were removed.
