I had noticed my Versa 2 not syncing with my phone (android) and when I went to start the tracker update it would not connect with my watch. I've factory reset it, uninstalled my app, re-set up my Versa 2 and even just did a hard restart on it. Nothing works. I can't get my watch to recognize any wi-fi at all even if I sit it on my router...nothing. Is my watch officially dead? I haven't even had it for that long 😕

There was an issue with the Fitbit app, make sure you download the latest version 3.37.1, if its not yet available try later.
If the problem persists once you have done that please post again.

I just uninstalled the Fitbit app on my android and then reinstalled the new version. My Versa 2 is now updating and will hopefully sync again. Says it can take over 20 minutes.
