I've been trying for 2 days to update/sync my versa lite to no avail!! It just stopped working...I uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, factory reset, but nothing has worked!! Help!!
I had same problems with my Versa2, chatted on line with a csr. The update to the firmware has not been fully tested on my phone, therefore I no longer get messages on my wrist. They gave me a link to go to of devices that have been fully tested. They did help me get it synced again.
