My versa lite will not turn on. I’ve charged it, changed the charging cord and location. I’ve held down the button. I’ve disconnected to Bluetooth and tried to clean the back. I’m out of ideas.

Afffects me too. Battery was holding a full charge up until 3 days ago. Since then wasn't lasting even 8 hours. Now dead. Tried cleaning charger and charging points on back of Versa Lite with alcohol as Fitbit advise. Still dead. Had live chat just now with Fitbit. Sent me a link for replacement.
Link does not work!
Should say Versa is just a year old.
