Hello @laurebabus, I hope you're doing well, it's great to see you around the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. At this moment I would like to suggest you to follow these steps in order to customize your exercise:

  1. Tap on the Top Stat section until you find Steps
  2. Tap on the Middle Stat and on the next screen de-select everything except Heart Rate
  3. You will be able to tap on Bottom Stat and the stats will rotate like on the Top Stat, tap until you find Elapsed Time.
  4. Press the left button until you go back to the Exercise and start it, the stats you selected will appear onscreen.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thanks for your response.  I tried this and it didn't stick.  I tried it again and this time made sure to sync (I use a manual sync).  Do you think this will resolve the issue?  I hope so!!!

It did not resolve the issues.  The settings return to the default when you restart the versa.

Must be a way to keep the settings.  Please keep this open.

@laurebabus This is a known bug and the moderator is just gaslighting you. The settings go back to default when you sync. I've had my Versa since release day and it's always done this. Lucky for my I only need to change the bottom stat.

Thanks for the info.  Thought I was doing something wrong.  This is my only issue (hope I don't jinx myself) that I have with the Versa.  Guess i can live with it.

Problem still persists.  Based on responses from other users this appears to be a bug.  Is Fitbit working to fix this?  What is the point in having options to set when the settings keep reverting to the default.

Hi Fitbit.  Can we get some attention paid to this problem?  Can't be that hard to fix.  All we need is that the Fitbit retain the changed settings!!!!  Thanks.  Hope this is resolved sometime soon.  My only Fitbit issue.
