Unable to remove strap

I’m only able to remove one side of the strap. The pin on the other side seem to have seized up or the mechanism is not working.

I would like to know if you were able to change your Versa wristband? If you keep having issues, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I change my wristband? and follow the steps there.

Thanks for the reply. I did exactly it but the lever on one side seem to be jammed. I’m unable move it, I do not feel the spring action to it as well. It was like this the moment I gotten it.
