I’m only able to remove one side of the strap. The pin on the other side seem to have seized up or the mechanism is not working.

Thanks for the reply. I did exactly it but the lever on one side seem to be jammed. I’m unable move it, I do not feel the spring action to it as well. It was like this the moment I gotten it.
