Bought a versa 2 yesterday.
1. Unable to install many watch faces specially SpO2 on IPhone 11. The message says
To install this clock make sure the Fitbit app on your phone and your FItbit device Have the latest update.
While both have the latest update.
really frustrated. Is this normal for Fitbit to have so many issues
2. Alexa on my device is not working. My versa 2 says set up Alexa on phone. Complete setup on Fitbit mobile app and then sync.
Fitbit mobile app doesn’t give much clues except to use Alexa App on my phone.

The firmware on your V2 is likely not the latest one. When you first linked the unit to your account it likely did an update but probably not to the latest one. Updates are downloaded to your unit via wi-fi when on the charger. It may take a week or so before the whole packaged is downloaded and you will get a notice of the availability of the new firmware. Hang in there.
