Unable to install Spotify app

I’ve updated the app and the device however it won’t let me install Spotify

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're unable to install the Spotify app on your Fitbit Versa. To better assist you, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced such inconvenience and how many times since then? Is your Versa running the latest firmware update? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
