Unable to install Spotify app

Hi, I just purchased a Versa Lite and I'm struggling to install Spotify. I updated the app and the watch, and installed Uber as a test. It works just fine with Uber. I am a Spotify premium member, as I saw that matters. Any way to fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Do you receive any error while trying to install the Spotify app? If you haven't already done so, please check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch? and let me know if the issue persist. If such is the case, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Try to install the Spotify app again.
