Hello,
When I try to install Spotify it is impossible, because I have a message "to install this app, make sure that the fitbit app on your phone and your fitbit device have the latest update". I have a latest version phone app (HP Elite x3), and the latest version in Versa 2. What can I do?

I'm afraid to say that your HP Elite x3 is not in the compatible devices list. This might be the reason why the Spotify installation can't be completed. Please try the steps that are listed in this help article, which explains how to troubleshoot apps on your Fitbit device. We don't guarantee that the issue will be fixed.
