Versa 2 stopped working

Well had my versa 2 for 5 weeks and not swiping at all so really have a £200 watch. Emailed fit bit who said to turn off and on which didn't work so they said to reset to factory settings. Now did this a few times and re synced but just getting a big red cross with your data was not cleared try again!!! 

 

I cant believe I'm even having to do this after 5 weeks. Im now thinking about taking it to my journalist friend who writes for an Edinburgh paper.

 

Im feeling so disappointed with this after  5 weeks of use.

 

i don't know what to do now.

Hi

I did what fitbit support told me today and worked for a few hours then stopped swiping again. Fitbit support have not replied as to what to do next. Ive now emailed them 3 times for more advice.

Surely i should not have these problems with a fit-bit thats 5 weeks old?
