Versa not charging

My versa is not charging. I’ve tried different outlets. Sometimes I can get a 0 battery to come up but it goes away.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
