Fitbit is the worst!!!

Firmware update not happening since 12 hrs!!!!! Why does it takes to update Fitbit for such a long time?!

And why does update keep on coming every 2-3 days!!!

I absolutely hate the product now.

When I put my Fitbit for update after a time it shows it's not syncing, every time I have to sync!!!! I'm a very disst and disappointed customer. Fitbit is the worst!

@SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the firmware update issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful for this type of issues. After trying them, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
