Hello, I have a problem with my Fitbit Versa. I tried factory resetting it, syncing it through w-lan and bluetooth and reinstalling the Fitbit App, but no matter what I try I can't download any Apps or Clockfaces.
When I go into the App and try to download anything I get an endless loading circle that never progresses, but also no error messages.
I can access my Versa through the Fitbit app, it shows it is synced and it also loads the data for sleep/bpm and so on correctly.
When I try to go into my Versa and change any settings on the preinstalled apps I have the same issue, an endless loading circle and nothing happening.
I'm using an LG G4 with Android 6.0 and added screenshots of all the firmware versions I have on the Versa (32.70.8.0) and the Fitbit app (3.4.2.).
Has anyone experienced this before and found a way to fix it?
Many thanks in advance!

@Raikachan The current firmware on the original Versa is 32.72.1.9. It looks like your factory reset took you back to the original firmware. You need the current firmware to download clock faces and apps. You should get your update in 24-48 hours.
You also say your phone is running Android 6.0. The Fitbit app needs Android 7.0 for best results. Is Android 7.0 available to you?

Hi LZeeW,
I have used my Fitbit this week and hoped that the new update would eventually show up, but so far there is nothing sadly. I do not have access to an Anroid 7.0 Phone either so I'm not sure if that is the issue here. Thanks for your reply tough!
Is there any way I can "force" the Fitbit to update it's Firmware?
