Hi, i purchased my versa lite yesterday. I have searched the community for help and tried various things mentioned on the community, but nothing helped.
when i try to download spotify it comes up with install greyed out and saying to make sure that the fitbit app on phone and device are up to date. my device is currently on firmware version 38.33.1.30.
can anyone help please?

Hi there @Jacs86, welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you for the details provided in your post and for taking the time to search in the forums the answer to your issue prior to posting here. I'll be glad to help you to download Spotify on your Versa Lite.
Note that in order to install Spotify app, your watch must be updated to the latest Fitbit OS 4.1.3 (32.70.8.0) and the Fitbit app on your phone to 3.25. As per the description of your post, your Versa Lite is still running an old version, this is the reason why you cannot download Spotify yet.
That said, leave on all-day sync and let the Fitbit app run in the background on your phone, which allows a small portion of the firmware update to download to your Fitbit device each time you sync. To check that all-day sync is turned on: In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > confirm All-Day Sync is on. Once you have updated your Versa Lite you will be able to download the Spotify app, check this article to know how it works.
