Unable to link Versa 2

I downloaded the Fitbit app on my phone but when I try to link with Bluetooth, it says that I need an app. What can I do? Thanks

Please, try to follow these steps:

  • Log out of the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the app.
  • Turn off your phone.
  • Restart your Versa.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Open the app and log back in.
