I love my new Versa but am unable to pair it with my Fitbit flyer ear buds. Contacted support and was told I would receive an email. Nothing from them yet. Is anyone else having difficulty pairing the Flyer with the Versa AND has anyone been successful in doing this?

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention and for letting me know you have already contacted our Support Team, please keep an eye on your inbox for their reply. In the meantime, I would like to suggest you the following steps in order to pair your Fitbit Flyer with your Versa:
In the future, Flyer automatically attempts to connect to your watch if it's nearby the headphones when you turn them on. To allow the two devices to connect, turn on your watch's screen to wake it up.

I have been having similar problem recently. My Versa says it is pairing with Fitbit Flyer but it just spins and spins and never connects. My dashboard on Fitbit app also will not sync, even though my Bluetooth on phone says it is connected to Versa.

Hello @Leemer, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the conversation.
If your Versa is not syncing correctly, that might be the reason your Flyer is not pairing correctly with it.
Have you restarted your phone and your Versa (pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen) already? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the following:
If your device still won't sync, try these steps:
Now, after your Versa is able to sync, try to pair your Flyer again.
