trying to set up Versa

Im trying to set up my versa for the first time. it has been on step 1 of 3 now for two and a half hours, is this normal?

How long did everyone elses take?

@melonie80 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Were you able to setup your Versa? Which device are you using to setup your Versa? Is is a compatible device? Do you have a strong internet signal (mobile and wifi)? If you are still having difficulties then make sure your Versa is fully charged. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:

 

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.

 

Now retry the setup.
