Has anyone had the issue with their Versa that it will not pair has a message:
Cannot pair
This device has been locked and cannot be paired. This may happen if the device is report lost or if a warranty replacement had been issued. If you believe this is in error, please contact customer support.
I have since talked with Customer Support and they were supposed to email me back, and that was two days ago.

Hi @sweetie7971 That sounds really annoying. I'd suggest you contact them again if you dont hear today.

Still waiting...Called in two more times just to here the same ..it has been sent forward and I just have to wait till I get contacted. 😞
