I want to buy a Fitbit Versa 3 replacement band from the Fitbit Europe site, but when I insert my shipping details Postal code is always red and I cannot proceed with payment.

My country is Greece so the postal code is 5 digits only numbers but it seems to expect 7 digits alphanumeric. What can be done regarding this ordering issue?

I don't know what is wrong with the site, but there are plenty of inexpensive bands on Amazon.
