My Fitbit Versa kite connects to my phone. I can receive call and text, but I can’t see the call and text coming in. It vibrates and everything, but my screen always says “Reset failed ! Your data was not cleared. Please try again”

i don’t know what to do

Hi @Dj222 . The first thing to try in a case like this is a reset. To reset your Versa Lite, press and hold the button at the left side until your Versa vibrates and the logo appears. Do this twice, then sync your Versa. Have a friend call you to see if this fixes the problem. Please let us know how it goes.

Hello @Dj222 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's great to see you too @SunsetRunner thanks for all your help.

@Dj222 First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Versa board as this situation is more related to the watch than to the app.

Tell me, have you performed a factory reset on your Versa lately? If that's the case, the error you're getting is because you still need to set up your Versa a new device in your account after the factory reset. So please, add your Versa as a new device for this message to stop showing:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
  5. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, give this a try and let us know the outcome.
