Unable to set up Fitbit Pay or Device Lock.

Hi, I just bought a new versa with fitbit pay option. but can't seem to set up, as soon as I select the Wallet tile and "get started", it has "error registering versa with fitbit wallet" notice. Also when I try to set up the device lock, it has the same error message. What do I do please?! Thank you.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, restart your phone and open the Fitbit app. Try to set up Fitbit Pay again. 

 

If you're still having trouble setting it up, please take a screenshot of the error message you're getting so we can check this further.
