Unable to set up Versa 2

I just purchased the versa 2. I am trying to set it up atm I’m at the part where I’m trying to connect the internet. I put my password in and the connect button stays grey and it doesn’t allow me to press the button so therefore I can’t connect the internet. Not sure what to do

Are you still unable to set up  your Versa 2? If you're still experiencing issues with setting up your tracker you can check: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I was able to set up my versa 2 but it’s just more of the fact that it’s a feature that’s suppose to be included and it doesn’t work. But it’s really not the biggest deal as long as the Fitbit works. Thank you for giving me a hand trying to figure it out
