So due to multiple issues with my Versa, including syncing, I was advised to do a factory reset. I am unable to connect to my home wifi network during Versa set-up. I just get a message after a while saying "an error occurred". My versa is a few cm away from my phone and both are approximately 6ft from my wifi router. Any advice?
If I continue to set up without wifi eventually I get on to the screen below where it says 'connecting' and then an error message saying update failed. I had the same difficulties setting up the device first time round.
Following the error message if I try to do anything on the app it just says 'firmware update required'. If I attempt to update the firmware I get to this screen below:
I have obviously checked all the advice on this screen and made sure that I have bluetooth on, Versa is close by etc but nothing. I've been at this for hours now and can't even set up the Versa after the reset.

I'm having exact same problem. Please advise! I've been trying for days to reinstall to no evail.
