I received my new Fitbit watch yesterday because the one I had before die. I deleted my Fitbit app from my phone. I downloaded again the app but when I try sing in to set up the new watch, when I put my email they don’t allow me to continue, it said that the email address you provide is already taken by another Fitbit account (me) I’m stuck. What can I do? Thanks

Hi @Joaquin1 you should be able to set up as a new device on an existing account. Is that what you did?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Joaquin1. Thank you for letting us know that you were not able to set up your Versa 3 as a new device.
If you're not able to access to your Fitbit account you can reset the password and please follow @Odyssey13's instructions and set up your Versa 3 as a replacement device.
