How i connect my versa music control with phone , stil when i i pushase not used this feature

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please specify which phone are you using? When you try to setup this feature what happens? Do you receive an error message or the Music Control feature simply doesn't work? In the meantime I receive your answers, please check: Why can't I control music on my phone with my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
