Unable to setup Strava app

I just received my Versa 2 today and had no trouble setting it up for the most part, but when I tried linking to Strava it didn't work. I filled out my emails/usernames for both Fitbit and Strava and pressed all the "I Agree" buttons but then when I go onto my watch, I can't access my Strava and that I need to link it. What should I do?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To fix this uncommon situation, I recommend you to revoke the Strava access following the next steps:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap or click Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account. 

 

After following the above steps, please try to setup Strava one more time and let me know if the issue persists. You can also refer to the information that's specified on our help article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? if you continue experiencing difficulties with this specific app.
