Unable to setup Versa to Fitbit app

I'm unable to add my new Versa to the Fitbit app on my Samsung S9+. Also, I realized my Blaze is not syncing. I keep getting the message "restart bluetooth". I deleted my Blaze thinking it might help so now there are devices on the app. I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, to no avail. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm sorry to see you've been experiencing difficulties to set up your Versa watch. I've confirmed the phone model Samsung S9+ you mentions is actually a compatible device

 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps available in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? They have been useful to other users as well. 

 

I've been also informed that you already have a case created with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, you should be getting a reply soon.
